Cinderella Mocktails at Killyhevlin Hotel, Enniskillen
Updated On: April 21, 2022
Nothing says summer quite like a nice citrusy drink and the Cinderella Mocktails is chock full of their flavours. Anyone should love how light and refreshing this drink is. All those citrus flavours combined for a burst of tartness but it’s quickly followed by the sweet grenadine for a well-balanced drink. This would work really well as a non-alcoholic punch for parties if you could make enough for everyone!
One of the places we visited to receive some help regarding the recipes of some alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks was the Lakeside Bar & Grill in KillyHevlin Hotel, County Fermanagh, where Steve the bartender gave us the ingredients for different cocktails and provided us with the tips needed to serve them in the right ways.
3 ounces Lemon juice
3 ounces Orange juice
3 ounces Pineapple juice
1. Combine all the fruit juices and ginger ale in a shaker filled with ice cubes. 2. Shake well and strain into a chilled glass. 3. Add 1 or 2 ice cubes. 4. Garnish with pineapple and orange slice. 5. Serve at once.
Perhaps, the first mocktail to have been prepared was Virgin Mary, an answer to Bloody Mary. Mocktails are now as popular as cocktails and are served alone in a restaurant or in a bar famous for preparing cocktails. There are many outlets famous for their mocktails organizing mocktail sessions on a regular basis.

It should always be kept in mind that like cocktails, mocktails are a delicate combination of various ingredients and all care taken in preparing cocktails and their service should be done also in the case of a mocktail. The ingredients and the equipment required in the case of mocktails is nearly the same except for the alcoholic beverage.
