Business Air Travel Statistics: A decline by $94 billion

The OAG Global Traveler Sentiment Survey declares that about half the passengers are concerned about catching COVID-19 on an aeroplane. At the same time, nearly 80% think that the most effective COVID-19 prevention method is for staff and all passengers to wear face masks and shields. 

The report also noted that most respondents prefer travelling domestically rather than internationally.  

According to a Bloomberg article, Deutsche Bank predicts that its client-related business trips will reach 90% of their pre-pandemic levels in 2021. However, its internal meeting trips will only get 25-30% of what they were in 2019.
