Things To Do At The Farm
There are so many things to do at Streamvale Open Farm that allows for so much fun and learning about animals.
New Play Village:
The farm this year has opened the first Agricultural themed play village in Ireland. The new village helps to encourage children to learn about farming and food through lots of play and fun. The village includes a Vets Clinic, Farm Shop, Milking Parlour and Mechanics. Children can also get dressed up in different costumes and get involved in live demonstrations.
One of the most popular things to do at Streamvale Open Farm is to take some time to cuddle the cutest puppies that will make your heart melt. You can also spend some time with the lovely newborn chicks that are just as cute.
Feed The Animals:
Everyone loves to head to this farm because they get the opportunity to feed the baby lambs their milk. There is plenty of feeding times throughout the day you to take part in at the pet corner.
Throughout the day kids can also visit the friendly ponies known as Snowball, Sophie and Mary. The ponies love the attention and you get the chance to groom them so their coats are nice and clean.
Enjoy a fun tractor ride where you can see the beautiful countryside and all that the farm has to offer. You will be taken through the farm lanes and see amazing views overlooking Belfast and Dundonald. To top it all off you get to feed the friendly deer along the way.
This is something both kids and adults can enjoy as you are taken on a quad tow around the farm track. This is full of tunnels, twist and turns that will keep you laughing the whole time.
You must check out Chase the dog who is trained by Helen and enjoy running through the obstacle course. Chase loves an audience and he might even perform one of his many tricks for you.
Indoors Play Area:
Children will love the amazing indoor play area where they can straw bounce. As well as enjoying the slides and tunnels and the mini tractor zone that’s always a hit.

Opening Time And Prices
The farm itself is open every day from the 17th of March until the 4th of November between 10.30 am and 5.30 pm. Costs range depending on your age, children aged 3-16 cost 7.20 and the adult price is 7.80. Or you could even purchase a family ticket at the price of 29.50 for up to six people. Children under the age of 3 are free in and a student ticket costs 7.20.
