Belfast Cookery School – a beautifully laid out and well equipped Cookery School in Northern Ireland owned and ran by Mourne Seafood Ba. The place was established to enlighten the passion for cooking in people and share amazing food recipes for people to enjoy. It is is the city’s first purpose-built cookery school.

Belfast Cookery School is not just directed by some of the most professional chefs in Belfast. But it is also a highly equipped place that could host up to 16 students during the same class. Every single one with his/her own partition, ingredients, and equipment — it was actually one of the best things in the place, to feel like you are standing in your own kitchen but receiving some help from professional chefs.

There are lots and lots of classes at the Belfast Cookery School which will depend on the interests of the person willing to join the school as well as the kind of food he/she wants to learn; there is the Irish, the Asian, the Indian, the International, and those classes which will teach them to make desserts. The interesting thing about Belfast Cookery School is that it is dedicated to people of different ages. So in addition to those classes for adults, there are also those prepared and done for kids.

In addition to seeing your food being cooked in front of your eyes — and getting the chance to eat what you have made, you will also learn new skills and techniques.

Cooking like this is brilliantly rewarding and not too difficult. There’s just enough challenge in it to make it interesting and then you have the ultimate satisfaction of eating it. It’s the fun in the room and the jovial competitiveness which never gets too serious which makes this such a wonderful experience.
